File Types
We accept most modern graphics formats. However, we work fastest with a print-ready PDF file. If you need help setting up your artwork correctly (appropriate margins, bleeds, page sizing, etc), we have a prepress team who can review/revise any artwork you need help with. Prepress services and "author's alterations" (changes made after artwork has been submitted) are billed at the rate of $85 per hour. See our terms and conditions for details.

Basic Instructions
Make sure you are using high resolution artwork for anything you want us to print. Low-res art is fine for a web page or email broadcast if you are doing a multi-channel campaign. When you bring us your file(s) also try to bring copies of your fonts and a printed sample of how the document should look. Make PDF files whenever possible. For wire or coil bound books, submit 3 separate files: front cover, back cover, and text. Make sure all pages within the file are sized correctly - pages without bleed should be the exact "cut" size you want the finished product to be. If bleeds are needed, add 1/8" to all sides. Allow enough room in (mirrored) margins for the binding edge, if applicable - at least 1/2" margin is needed.

Common File Templates
